Merry Christmas L.I.F.E. Group Members…

I am so grateful for each of you and the ways you bless my life and the lives of each other… We are indeed staying true to or commitment statement of :

Learning and teaching one another
Clear Intention of what we are creating
Creating life long friendships
Empowering ourselves and each other

It is so amazing to me that this year is almost at a close. Since we chose to not have the group meeting for November and December to celebrate the holidays, I have realized how important the meetings are in my life and how much I deserve to be surrounded by all you beautiful women.

***Our first meeting in 2010 is going to be Saturday, January 9, 2010. 2:00pm at Marci’s home I am so excited to start out our year with a bang. The theme for this meeting will be:

2010 THIS IS MY YEAR TO SOAR!

We will be making our 2010 boards and creating the things we deserve in our lives. We will focus on 5 areas in our lives. Spiritual, Family, Personal Goals, Fun, and Health… Bring your old magazines, words, pictures, quotes, anything that demonstrates what you would love to create in 2010. We will supply the boards, markers, stickers, Please make a list of your personal ideas from each of the 5 areas and bring it with you. Also if you have made boards in the past please bring them or your experiences to share. This will be an amazing meeting and I look forward to seeing all of you…

Remember back… Come dressed up like you did when you were a small girl.. Give it your all and don’t hold back. Come and be part of a wonderful celebration of your inner self. Please also bring a picture of yourself as a young girl. Please keep it hidden and not share it until game time.

Meeting resceduled...

Our May meeting has been pushed back a week to May 16, 2009. 1:00-2:30 p.m. The meeting will be at Brenda Hatfield's home 2604 West 13095 South Riverton. The theme for the next meeting is Communication. We will be discussing the ways we communicate in our lives. We will leave it open to how we communicate with God, Ourselves or Others. Please bring a message or a gift for all the women in the group. Look for the reminders in your mail this week. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday. Our last meeting...

Our L.I.F.E. group is growing and the last meeting was so awesome. Thanks to everyone that contributed to our Gratitude Table. We are so blessed to have each one of you there and sharing your thoughts and stories with us. Thanks to Marci for opening her home for our meeting and making the treats. The yougart parfaits and the pumpkin cookies were perfect. We are looking forward to our next meeting in May. The theme for next month is COMMUNICATION. We will be discussing our communication with our GOD AND CREATOR, as well as communication with others. Look for the invitation and more information to come. Love to all.

Bring a Girlfriend….

OUR FIRST MEETING AS L.I.F.E. GROUP

Our first night together as L.I.F.E. Group was wonderful. I am so grateful for the women that were able to come and share of themselves. We started out the night with a get to know you process called, "The gift you are in my life is..." and it was amazing.

The next thing on our agenda was to create our Group Purpose Statement. We each come up with a word to contribute and the following is the statement we created.

We as the L.I.F.E. Group are committed to create: Inspiration, Sincerity, Spirituality, Unconditional Love, Endurance, Compassion, Dedication, and Support. And so it is...

As new members attend the meetings they will have the opportunity to add their own word to our Group Purpose Statement.

The rest of the meeting was given to the subject of "Creating the things we deserve in our lives."
We all committed to create 3 things in the next 90 days. Some of us shared our 2009 visual boards and shared the miracles we are seeing in our lives. There were many ideas that were shared like list making and creating goals. It was so great to hear the different ideas. We will be diving more deeper into this subject at other meetings this year.

We closed with a yummy cake to celebrate our first meeting.

Heavenly Father created us and his gift to us is the ability to create our lives here on earth. (I have added a beautiful video that speaks of this on the blog below. It is a beautiful video.)

Again I want to thank everyone who attended and I am looking forward to our next meeting in April.

Welcome to our L.I.F.E. Group Blog...

I am so excited this group is being called forth to be created. It is a wonderful opportunity to bring together some of the most wonderful women I have met in my life. This group originated 5 years ago as a sister weekend get-away that we enjoyed once a year. As sisters, we looked forward to our yearly time together to discuss our lives, our spiritual growth and enjoy the sisterhood of learning and teaching each other.

As I have shared the concept of creating this group with some of you, I have realized that we do deserve a forum to meet others, to share the knowledge they we have gained in our lives, and to grow from each others shared experiences. In our group meeting you will have the opportunity to be the teacher and the student. We as women are all blessed with our strengths and our weaknesses. Through sharing, caring and openness, we can all learn from each others hardships and triumphs to strengthen our individual lives.

Our first theme will be "Creating the positive changes you want in your life". Please bring with you ideas of the things that are not working in your life and things that you want to create to happen in 2009 and ways that you create changes in your own life now.

We will meet once a month on different days each month to accomodate different schedules. Our first meeting will be Friday, March 6th at 6:00-7:30 pm at my home 2604 West 13095 South Riverton Utah. My phone number is 801-706-0013 and my email is hatfieldbrenda@msn.com.
